Wellness at Home
Templ Wellness now offers on-location IV therapy for groups, bridal parties, and corporate events in the Niagara region. A clinic visit one day prior is required, with a 3 person minimum for bookings. Travel fees apply. Enjoy IV therapy tailored to your group’s needs in the comfort of your chosen setting.

With over 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Critical Care, I have spent a decade at the front lines of high-stakes healthcare. Navigating the ER, ICU, PACU, and Rapid Response has taught me the vital importance of life-saving intervention, but it also revealed a significant gap: the need to treat the whole person, not just the acute symptom.
I have shifted my focus from crisis management to Integrative Medicine, where I combine the rigorous standards of my clinical nursing background with a comprehensive, patient-centered approach. By merging traditional medical knowledge with evidence-based complementary therapies, I help you address the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence your long-term health.
Advancing the Future of Health: PhD Research
My commitment to your care is backed by a relentless pursuit of knowledge. I am currently a PhD and Doctoral candidate in Integrative Medicine, specializing in the intersection of clinical science and holistic healing.
This advanced academic journey allows me to bring the latest research and most innovative protocols directly to our sessions. I don’t just follow wellness trends; I study the underlying mechanisms of health to ensure every recommendation is grounded in the highest level of academic and clinical integrity.

To truly understand the "whole person," I look beyond biology into the realm of Quantum Physics. My work incorporates the principles of quantum mechanics—the understanding that at our most fundamental level, we are comprised of energy and information.
By applying a quantum lens to wellness, we can explore how frequency, intention, and the biofield influence cellular health and emotional resilience. This allows for a deeper level of healing that addresses the energetic blueprint of the body alongside its physical manifestation.

Hi, I'm Taylor! I graduated from McMaster University School of Nursing in 2019 and began my career in the Emergency Department, working at St. Catharines and West Lincoln ER. I chose nursing for the opportunity to help others and love that it offers continuous opportunities for learning.
In addition to my ER work, I have served as a Clinical Instructor at McMaster University, helping students with their clinical placements—a role that combines my passion for both learning and teaching.
I have recently ventured into the field of IV Therapy, where I enjoy promoting health and wellness and helping people feel their best. The connections I make with clients and the immediate positive impact I see from IV Therapy are incredibly rewarding.
A fun fact about me: I have two dogs and two cats, love to travel and hike, and my favorite food is sushi.
